Pasta and Cherry Tomato


  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 oz gold cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan
  • 6 oz pasta
  • 8 fresh basil or tsp dry


Heat a saute pan over med heat and add 3 tbsp oil.
Add tomatoes, garlic and pepper flakes. Saute until tomatoes blister and pop. Cover and remove.
Meanwhile, boil pasta to about 2 minutes done.
Reheat sauce and add pasta direct from the water with tongs or pasta fork. Stir in over med high heat adding more water as needed. Stir in cheese and basil.
